SUNY Westchester Community College’s Early Childhood program, where students can earn their A.A.S. or a Certificate, is designed to prepare students for careers in a variety of settings working with children birth to age eight. It is integrated with the Virginia Marx Children's Center (VMCC) on campus, an early learning center where infants, toddlers and preschoolers are nurtured through play, discussion, art, music and other developmentally-appropriate activities.
We look forward to honoring SUNY Westchester Community College, Robert Martin Company, and Kathy Halas, who continue to help us realize the dream of universal access to quality child care and early education.
